Return Policy & Delivery

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, clean, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email: info@santasgiftcompany.com . Please include your full name, email address, and the order number you are returning. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Products sent to us as a return without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and faulty products

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product. This way we can assess the situation and rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / products that are not eligible for return

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), customized items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and certain hygiene and personal care products (e.g. cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Please contact us if you have any questions about the returnability of a specific product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Shipping & Exchanges

We normally ship products within 2-3 business days of ordering. Estimated delivery time is 5-12 days depending on your location.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return your current product first and place a new order after the return has been approved.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if the order is delivered to the territory of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the products within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reasons.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days . Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
